Start with your real headcount
Count everyone who will travel, including group leaders, teachers, guides and staff. Then think about luggage: airport transfers and multi-day trips need far more space than a day out.

Leave some breathing room
If your group is right on the limit of a vehicle, especially with luggage, go one size up. For long journeys like Dubai to Abu Dhabi or Ras Al Khaimah, a little extra space makes a big difference.
One big coach or two smaller vehicles?
